With this being Labor Day weekend it was really a push to get one deal closed on Friday. Thanks to Town and Country Title in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and Justin Holbrook with Community Trust Bank in Kentucky for all the hard work to make this happen!
One down and one to go.
One day after closing one deal I received an acceptance on another set to close Oct. 7th if all goes well. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
Are we finally seeing a come back to the real estate market in a foreclosure flooded area? Who's to say just yet but it seems as though the gates have opened somewhat to allow some activity to flow through.
