Have we weathered the worst part of the housing storm? Is that a rainbow in the clouds I see ahead?
Over the past 2 months it seems like the dam has broken and is flooding us with buyers that actually have money! What happened? Did they all decide to buy at once?
The past few months have been the best we have seen in over a year and not only for us but other agencies in the area.
I say, Yeah! Bring 'em on!!!
